3D Consumer Printing

Print Processing, Reprints & Enlargements

Note: All 3D lenticular printing will be done from digital files. These files can come from digital 3D cameras such as the Fuji W1 or W3, cell phone 2 lens cameras, digital scans of 2, 3, 4 and 5 lens film cameras can also be printed. Digital files of old stereoviews, Viewmaster images, computer generated can also be printed. All these digital files can be sent to us over the internet so there are no mailing fees for us receiving files. However, there is a mailing cost to send the finished lenticular prints back to you.

 Note: Before sending us your files, send us an email to info@snap3d.com with 3D in the subject line. Tell us what you want to get printed and depending on the size and number of files we will either give you a Dropbox folder to upload your files to or just an email address to send your files to. DO NOT SEND FILES TO OUR EMAIL WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

When sending us email put the word "3d" in the subject line,
so that the spam filters won't stop it.

 After receiving your files with size and quantity instructions we will evaluate the files for printing suitability and then email you the amount to pay for printing.

 What you will send us

 For Fuji 3D digital cameras you send us the .mpo file or a left and right jpg. For all other 2 image sources such as cell phone cameras, scans of stereocards, Realist 5P and European 7P format slides, Viewmaster reels etc. send a left and right jpg file named “Name-L” and “Name-R”

 For digital scans of 3, 4 and 5 lens film cameras or computer generated or slide bar images that have from 3 to 6 images the files are named “Name-1L”, “Name-2”, “Name-3”……etc. The right image is named “Name-4R” for a 4 image 3D sequence. If 5 images are used then then it is named “Name-5R” etc.

 Restrictions

 We do not print anything that appears to be copyright unless there is accompanying documentation that gives permission. We also do not print anything of a nude or sexual nature of anyone appearing to be under 18 years old. We do not print anything of a violent or cruel nature as well. However, we do prints of adult nudes and/or sexual scenes of consenting adults that are in accordance to the laws in our community. We have the right to reject any image that we do not feel appropriate at our sole discretion.

 We do lenticular 3D prints from digital scans from the following film cameras as seen below:

Do not send us any film or negatives!

Need to scan your 3D film into digital files?

You can use a scanning service such as Scan Cafe “ http://www.scancafe.com/services Tel: 866-745-0392. I only give you the link. I have no direct knowledge of their services or any affiliation with them. Be sure to tell them about the unusual nature of the 3D images that you would be scanning. Snap 3D does not provide any scanning services.

Available Print Sizes

 Currently we have 2 print sizes on our very fine 179 LPI photo emulsion lenticular material available. Theses sizes are 4R (4”H X 6”W) and 8”H X 6”W. We hope to have a wider variety of sizes available later. This material is ideal for animations up to 6 frames and 3D prints from 2 to 6 images.

 For prints of 8 X 10 and larger we have a 20 LPI or 60 LPI laminated lenticular material available.

 Payment for prints is in US funds (Canadian customers can pay in Cdn funds) and you can pay by paypal to: sales@snap3d.com or by Visa or Mastercard. Repeat customers can pay by check. To receive your prints you also need to send us your mailing address and contact telephone number. See "Price List".

Snap3D reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, for any reason. Prohibited content guidelines generally include but are not limited to the following:
a. Content we believe is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
b. Copyrighted material that is used without the permission of the owner.
c. Content that violates or encroaches on the rights of others.
d. Content or other material that contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses and other forms of corruptive code or any other content, which may compromise the Snap3D.com Service.
e. Content that advocates illegal activity.
f. Content that harms minors in any way.
