However,BY SUBMITTING PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL TO US FOR PROCESSING OR OTHER HANDLING, YOU AGREE THAT IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OR DELAY OF YOUR FILM, PRINTS, OTHER PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES OR OTHER MATERIALS,EVEN IF BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT,YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY WILL BE EITHER REPLACEMENT WITH LIKE AMOUNT OF UNEXPOSED FILM AND DEVELOPING, OR, IF YOU REQUEST, A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND THAT WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES BASED ON LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS. Indemnification

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Site. Customer Service Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your unprocessed film has been damaged, our technicians will not print it and you will not be charged. It will then be returned to you.
