3D Lenticular Prints from Regular 2 lens Realist and European format Cameras
We continue to make lenticular prints from the existing 3, 4 and 5 lens lenticular cameras but we are now adding the ability to print lenticulars from other 2 lens 3D cameras as well. We do prints from the medium format 5 lens Seagull camera as well. See our “Regular 3D Cameras using Negative Film - Price List”
If you have a Realist 5P format camera (such as Stereo Realist, Kodak, Revere etc) or a European 7P format camera (such as Verascope, Belplasca, RBT, Loreo or Sputnik etc.) and want to make lenticular prints from it, do the following:
- Use negative film
- Put the subject further away than normal ( nothing closer than 10 feet) to reduce parallax. Because of the 65mm spacing of the lenses there can sometimes be excessive vibration in a lenticular picture even when it looks good as a 2 image picture. By comparison our 2 lens lenticular cameras have a 26mm lens seperation.
Tip: The larger the print, the less the parallax. For the Realist format we offer square prints at 4” X 4”, 5” X 5” or 8” X 8” For the European format we offer landscape prints at 3.5”H X 5”W, 4”H X 6”W or 6”H X 8”W. See our Price List
- See order form.
- Sent us the unprocessed roll or make sure the negatives are uncut if you have processed the roll.
Tip: The larger the print, the less the parallax. If you have existing 2 image slides or prints that you want made into lenticulars see our “Digital 3D” page.
